Refund policy

At Kenley Studios we stand behind the quality of everything we make. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Size Exchanges We offer size exchanges within 14 days of purchase provided the requested size is still in stock. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Item must not be a sale or discounted item - these are final sale
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both returning the item to us and receiving the new size
  • We will provide you with our return shipping address and instructions via email - we do not provide prepaid return labels for size exchanges

To request an exchange email help@kenleystudios.com.au with your order number and the size you need. We will confirm availability before you send anything back.

Faulty Items We take quality seriously and every item is inspected before it leaves us. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

To qualify as a manufacturing fault the defect must meet the following criteria:

  • The fault must be a manufacturing or material defect - for example a broken seam, faulty zipper, fabric defect or incorrect item sent
  • The fault must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos showing the defect
  • The item must not show signs of misuse, excessive force, improper washing or accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear over time does not constitute a fault
  • Damage caused by pulling, snagging, cutting or deliberate force is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement

We assess all fault claims carefully and reserve the right to determine whether a defect is a manufacturing fault or the result of misuse. If we determine the damage was not a manufacturing fault we will return the item to you at your cost.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the fault from multiple angles
  • A brief description of the issue

We do not offer:

  • Change of mind refunds
  • Refunds for incorrect size selection if your size is unavailable for exchange
  • Refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse or improper care
