Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and again when it is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping - Australia We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and costs $15.

Express shipping takes 1-2 business days and costs $19.25.

Orders over $150 receive free standard shipping automatically.

Please note free shipping applies to Australian orders only and does not apply to international orders.

International Shipping We currently ship to New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and Japan via Australia Post International. All international orders are a flat rate of $25. Delivery to New Zealand and Japan typically takes 7-12 business days. Delivery to the United Kingdom and United States typically takes 10-14 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs or local postal delays.

Tracking All orders include tracking via Australia Post. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched and can be tracked at auspost.com.au

Customs and Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country. Kenley Studios has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kenley Studios is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Delayed Parcels Once your order is with Australia Post, Kenley Studios is not liable for lost or delayed parcels. We will do our best to assist you in lodging an investigation with Australia Post if needed.

Returns Shipping For size exchanges the customer is responsible for all return and redelivery shipping costs. We will provide our return address via email. We recommend using tracked postage as Kenley Studios is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
